In response to the final results of the anti-subsidy investigation on Chinese electric vehicles announced by the European Commission on October 29, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce made a statement on October 30th.
China has repeatedly pointed out that the EU's anti-subsidy investigation Chinese electric vehicles is an unfair practice under the guise of "fair competition".
China does not agree with or accept the results of the ruling, and has already filed lawsuit under the WTO dispute resolution mechanism.
China will continue to take all necessary measures to resolutely protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises. The spokesperson also that the EU has stated that it will continue to negotiate with China on price commitments.
