JAC truck into Ukraine to begin local assembly production

Recently, Budshlyakhmash Group has started to assemble Jac Trucks in Ukraine. It is understood that the company plans to increase the localization rate to achieve a higher level of localization when assembling Chinese trucks.

Earlier, at the One World One JAC 2024 JAC Global Partners Conference in Hefei, China, the Ukrainian dealer of Jac Trucks, Bud Lyakhmash, authorized licensing to reach an agreement, allow Jac trucks to be assembled in Ukraine.

Budshlyakhmash said it bought 500 Jac trucks last year and plans to supply at least as many Jac trucks to the Ukrainian market this year. However, the company's priority is to improve the level of localization in order to provide quality trucks and provide employment opportunities for Ukrainian enterprises.
